Broad diffrences
-
Gods
while most of the gods are present in the world section some of the lesser worshiped gods may not be present. in addition to this there are some vorpal beings who have obtained the status of gods and some gods who are mealy vorpal beings
-
History
while the exact history of the world is quite long, due to the world its self being different and the players’ decisions the history will start to diverge and is different in many ways. for example, in d&d the Thalian empire once rules more of Parava’ak whereas, in reality, they did not. but the major events such as the collapse still happened. also this world did have its version of a spell plague, it happened quite a long time ago and so 10th level spells ae the things of myth and legend.
-
Monsters
in the normal version of the world, quite simply it is much more peaceful. monsters are needed to make d&d as a game flow and in the normal world, these monsters simply are not around. elder evils are not present, the dead do not walk, dragons do not rule, and spirits do not invade the real plane.
